Congratulations Bonn! I know what a wonderful feeling that is! We rented our own house back at the new owner's mortgage rate, for a month. This house was hard to get and we drove our Realtor nuts by not liking the dozens of other homes he showed us, in case we didn't get this one! We got this one at the last minute and our home was sold, but we had to wait for escrow to close, thirty days. It was worth it though! Again, congratulations!!!!!!
