They have a waterfront house
Near a popular beach here
So hopefully
As long as their price isn't
Outrageous
It should go rather quick
So that's good news
The price was perfect
They were ok with our dates

Sounds great...Hope everything goes well for them in selling their house soon so you can finalize the sale of your house.
