a hundred bucks

That's what I spent online this morning.

On what, pray tell?

On tickets to see The Wiggles
For myself and my very smart 2 year old.

For those of you that are unaware
Of what exactly a 'wiggle' is

They are a group of 4 Australian
Grown men
That each wear a different colour
And sing songs that stick in your head forever
And do dances that kids know how to do
From the time they can walk..

Oh yeah, plus they hang out with
A walking octopus named Henry
A dancing dinosaur named Dorothy
A doggie named Wags
And a crazy pirate named Captain Feathersword

A hundred bucks
For 2 tickets
To a 60 minute show

They know they've got you
They know the kids love them
And that mom and dad have a hard time
Passing stuff like this up

I asked Hub once
"Instead of you and Mike and Gord and Andre
getting loaded every weekend when you were younger
why didn't you all get
together in your garage and practice kids songs back then?
You'd be millionaires now!"

At least we would have saved a hundred bucks...

:D

OMG! I cannot believe you are going to see the Wiggles! LMAO!
What mother's do for their babies!
My friend's little boy used to love the Wiggles and his father was none too happy! LOL
When mine were little, it was Raffi, Barney, and I think it was Rainbow Express that we actually took them to...
Now they say they never liked Barney! HA, they were glued to the TV when that creppy purple dinosaur was on!
Have fun at the Wiggle concert. I am sure it will be memorable! LMAO
