You daugher is darling. They do rule the roost though, don't they.
My girls are 12 and 13 now. Time flies. They tell you that when the kids are little. It doesn't seem like it at the time, but I am facing high school again next year and it did fly by.
I miss the cuddly little girls that adored without thinking and never talked back.
My girls are very smart and sweet too. But, they are becoming teenagers. My husband told me to be prepared to be hated for the next six years. I don't think so! They are just starting to find their way. I hope.
